We collect the following information:
- Account data: Name, email address, and password (hashed)
- Google OAuth: Name, email, and profile picture (if you sign in with Google)
- Usage data: Generation prompts, model selections, and credit usage
- Payment data: Processed by Polar.sh — we do not store credit card information
- Generated content: Images you generate are stored on our servers
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send password reset and security emails
- To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage data
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API tokens are stored using Laravel Sanctum. We use HTTPS for all communications. Generated images are stored in our secure storage infrastructure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- AI providers: Your prompts are sent to Klein, OpenAI, and/or Google for image generation
- Payment processor: Polar.sh processes your payments
- Law enforcement: If required by law
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Update your profile information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your generation history
- Opt out of non-essential communications
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use localStorage to store your authentication token, theme preference, and language selection. We do not use tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, generations, and transaction history are permanently removed.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
