1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skeleton SaaS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skeleton SaaS provides AI-powered image generation tools using multiple AI models. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers, as well as one-time credit purchases.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Generate content that violates applicable laws
Generate NSFW, harmful, or misleading content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
Share your account with others
Use automated tools to abuse the credit system

5. Credits & Billing

Credits are consumed when generating images. Plan credits reset monthly. Bonus credits (purchased separately) do not expire. Refunds are provided for failed generations only. Subscription payments are processed through Polar.sh.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated images are owned by you. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes. We retain no rights to your generated content. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or generated content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
